2019 Sauvignon Blanc

The vineyard receives a cooling effect during the growing season from prevailing coastal winds.  This culminates in an extended ripening process which enhances fruit flavours.

Grapes are grown using organic principles and are hand picked and basket pressed.

The finished wine exudes citrus notes and tropical fruit flavours.  A true expression of our vineyard.
